Pros: no textbook
Professor Lawler is extremely funny and it makes class very entertaining. He gives answers to some test questions during class and he covers some material only in class and that material is definitely on the test. Go to class and study the slides and you will do fine in the class

Pros: Hilarious professor. He always made me want to come to class because he would make Biological Anthropology interesting by relating topics to more understandable examples.
Cons: It is a lot of information thrown at you in the class and some of the tests questions were so specific that it made it tough to do well sometimes. There were tests that I went all out in studying and my flashcards for everything, but there would still be test questions that wouldn't have a clue how to answer.

Pros: Funny, easy to understand and pay attention to. I learned more in his classes than with any other professor at JMU.
